Paula Silva was our agent when we purchased a home in Warren, RI in 2001. She was responsive to our needs, and her knowledge of the process made our purchase a success. Fast forward to 2017, when we hired her to sell our home. We trusted her depth of experience when advising us how to prep our home for sale, as well as pricing advice. The house was under contract in 2 weeks of listing. The closing was smooth and without any unforeseen difficulties. Great NegotiatorI have worked with Paula for many years, both as a selling and buying agent of multiple real estate transactions.
