I have purchased several high end homes over the years. Paula is easily the best real estate agent I have ever used. In addition to the six skills listed above she is highly intelligent, dilligent, and insightful. She was truely amazing in helping us find a home by saving us from making some bad decisions. Paula Silva is easily the best real estate agent I've worked with. She was professional and savvy, extremely resourceful, and very sensitive to our needs. She went well beyond the call of duty to sell our property and was willing to think outside the box and find creative solutions to any little problems that arose. In the end, the sale went forward, quickly and easily, without a glitch. Do yourself a favor and work with this wonderful agent. You will not regret it!!

I have bought and sold with Paula and have known her for about 8 years. She has always had great suggestions for showing and general preparations. She was particularly helpful in my recent buy which was a difficult, drawn out foreclosure. There were some pretty anxious moments but she remained on top of things and got it done. She even secured the house for me after the closing since I was not in town. I could not have asked for better performance and she is definitely the best agent I have worked with.

As first time home buyers, Paula made the process as easy as possible! Paula was always readily available to show us homes and was very responsive to all of our questions. Paula was very patient with us as it took a year for us to find the right home. Paula never pressured us into buying anything and remained supportive throughout the process. She asked the questions that we did not know to ask. Paula had our best interest in mind. We would definitely use Paula as a realtor again.

My wife and I weren't going to use a realtor to buy our first home, but after we spoke to Paula, we knew that she was going to make the process move much quicker than we ever could. We found the perfect home, but got stuck in a short sale which lasted nearly 6 months. Throughout the entire process... the entire LENGTHY process... She communicated everything very well and kept us informed while the bank kept us waiting. Often I would send her a frustrated text later in the evening and I always received a prompt response calming my concerns. In the end, we got the home for less than our initial offer. We can't thank or recommend Paula enough... If you're looking to buy in or around the Warren area, then she's the realtor for you!
