Paula is a real gem..she took us from not knowing what we wanted to giving us the winning strategy after we lost out on other 3 bids. She's honest, more than once concluding a house was not the one for us. She wasn't just trying to get a sale. She never tried to talk us into something. She really wanted us in the house that would work for us. And in the end she helped us strategize our ultimately winning bid. We love our new house!

Paula Silva is the BEST! I've worked with other realtors in other cities, some I liked more than others, but Paula's a gem. She's a good communicator, honest and straightforward. She responded quickly to any question I had, and raised some I hadn't thought of.
