We were very pleased to work with Paula Silva as our agent. She was kind and thorough enough to rapidly find answers to all our questions, however small or large. I walked in to her office with very little knowledge, and she prepared us for each step of the process with good information that helped us manage and complete everything that was needed. Her experience got us on track, and pointed us in the right direction to move forward in the way that we needed to accomplish our house sale within a short frame of time.
