We thoroughly enjoyed working with Simone. She was totally focused on our needs and wants from beginning to end. We were not shown listings that were not within our price range, size specifications or location. When we selected a property Simone was organized and kept the process moving. She advocated for us with the seller, their agent and the closing attorney. As this was a relo for us Simone bridged the time and communications perfectly. We unreservedly recommend her!

Simone is a fantastic realtor. She is personable, pleasant, hard-working, competent and diligent. She goes above and beyond the usual duties to assist her clients during the process. She is easily reachable and communicates very well. She stays on top of all aspect of the transaction and is great at follow-up. Amazing person to work with. Very responsive and always on top of things. We have bought a few residential properties and can honestly say our experience with Simone as a buyer's agent was out of the ordinary. She definitely knows what she is doing and can guide you if the situation becomes tricky, knows the right people to give legal advice if necessary and has great negotiation skills.
