Simone helped us sell our house for more than the appraised value in a timely manner. She had the forethought to have landscaping pictures taken by a professional, well in advance of the sale during the optimal season for showing. She found potential buyers that she was already representing, which would save us a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, that potential buyer backed out of the deal. Quickly regrouping we had an open house which resulted in 3 offers, the best of which exceeded our expectation and the initial offer that fell through. Through the sometimes challenging process, Simone was always friendly and optimistic. When it came time for us to move out for closing, she helped us through the stressful time with encouragement and even physical help. She's a wonderful person and I can highly recommend her for real estate purchases and sales.
