I have known Simone since our high school days in Vermont so it was wonderful to reconnect after all these years! Simone made the selling of my home a breeze and was willing to show it when I was out of town. Came back to find I had multiple offers on the house! Simone guided me through the inspection process and answered all my questions with expertise and efficiency. If you are looking to buy or sell a home Simone would be a great Choice! Our home-buying experience with Simone Dupuis was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were moving long-distance from Indiana to Massachusetts and didn’t know where to begin until we met Simone. Time was also of the essence as we sold our home very quickly in Indiana, but now found ourselves needing to find the perfect home for us in a state we were totally unfamiliar with. My husband was extremely fortunate to meet Simone, and she pulled out all the stops to help us find our new home! My husband was already working in the Massachusetts/Rhode Island area, while I was in Indiana working and finishing things on that end before our move. While this was very challenging, Simone again made everything go smoothly and transition easily. She worked tirelessly searching for homes in many areas and setting up times for my husband to tour them. In addition, she always made sure that I felt totally in the loop as well, even though I was not there in person. Simone was relentless in her pursuit of ensuring we got the best deal available. Pivoted wonderfully when our first buyer wasn't able to meet the closing date laid out in their contract, and structured a subsequent agreement which protected us financially from the eventual cancellation by that first buyer! On top of that she RESOLD the home in one day after that first buyer backed out. Tenacious, positive and upbeat are the words to describe Simone, and those traits worked perfectly to maximize our home sale and keep both of us in good spirits during the whole process.
