We had a wonderful experience with Janice. We were casually looking to move into a bigger home for our family of 4. All of a sudden we found a home we very much wanted to put an offer on, however we hadn't even started getting our current home ready to sell, nor did we have an agent. I messaged Janice Sunday morning and she stopped by Sunday evening to meet with us. She had someone come over to give us a list of things to do in our property to get ready to list and really got some buzz going around our listing. Meanwhile we made an offer on the other property, and while that fell through she was with us the whole way. We ended up putting an offer on a home while we were on vacation as it was the perfect property and we got the home of our dreams in the best neighborhood. Janice was outstanding and on top of everything. There is a lot to do when you sell a house you have lived in for almost 20 years. Sellers have enough to worry about without having to add the realtor to that list. Janice knows exactly what to, when to do it, and if it really has to be done for the sale. Our house sold in record time at a great price so of course I am thrilled with the service and assistance that Janice provided.

Janice, you are the BEST! I doubt you knew, when first offering your services, what a lot of work selling out house would entail. All of your suggestions were spot on. You bore the brunt of finding all the right people to help make our house salable. I told Joe, "Whatever Janice say we should do, we will happily oblige. She is a PRO." We are Joe and Ann Marino. Formerly of Blacksmith Road Cumberland. Janice is a true professional. We moved to Arizona in December and did not return to Cumberland while the house was up for sale. We went through the calamity of a faulty septic system, the slow down during COVID and the need to spruce up a 32 year old house. Janice was with us very step of the way picking out contractors to paint the inside, new carpeting, repair outside boards, and dozens of other tasks to get the house in the best shape to be on the market. After taking the house off the market due to the septic failure Janice worked with us to improve the house for sale. She got the house in beautiful condition and even found the contractor to repair the septic. All the while we stayed in Arizona. She did an incredible job improving and maintaining our home working with contractors, folks meticulously cleaning the house and even upgrading the electrical system. She also made sure that all costs were fair and reasonable. The house was reintroduced on the market and an offer was made and accepted two days later. Janice was amazing to work with. This was my first time buying a house and I had complete faith in Janice that we would find the right one for me. She made sure I knew everything I need to about the process and was always quick to respond and get us in to see houses. She gave great advice when it came to putting in an offer and she always had my best interest in mind. Houses were coming and going so fast in this market, but I knew I was in good hands. I found the perfect home with Janice and I could not be happier!

A little over a year ago, my now husband and I purchased our first home. Working with Janice was such a pleasure, she sure knows her stuff! We truly appreciated her open and honest feedback throughout the process. Janice was not going to stop until we found exactly what we wanted, in the neighborhood that we wanted. Janice went above and beyond for us and we certainly will be using her again, when we are ready for our next purchase.
