From beginning to end, Janice made sure that we had the support that we needed - even after we moved 600 miles away prior to selling our home! She went above and beyond by being on site for inspections, helping to coordinate and being on site for repairs, representing us at closing so we didn’t have to make the trip back and was always available when we had questions or just needed reassurance that everything was on track - no question was a dumb question!
