Thinking about selling our home brought a mix of emotions. When we finally made the decision that this was the time, we knew Janice was the only person to market and sell our property. Her knowledge of the area and market are unmatched. This was our largest investment but more, it was a truly spectacular property so arriving at market value, mentally was a process. You always think your property is worth more than others and in today's ascending market, how can know exactly where to be price wise. Janice sat with us and discussed all that was going on in the market, different comps and her expectations. Of course there was back and forth as we challenged some of her thoughts but Janice handled our questions with the utmost professionalism. Ultimately, we decided to list a bit higher because we had to satisfy our sense of "you just don't know." From that point is where Janice truly shined and separated herself from what you might expect from a "traditional" listing. Within days we had stunning professional photos and videos with drone shots, a 3-D walkthrough experience and a dedicated website posted, that truly captured everything that our property had to offer. Ultimately it all comes down to results and Janice delivered. Our home was under contract within 10 days and recently closed for more than most would have thought. Janice guided us every step of the way from staging our home to final sale day. She planned out a timeline to get the ball rolling so we knew what would happen. She also gave us helpful, pertinent advice from her long career in real estate. Her associates that filmed, staged, took pictures of our home were professional and courteous. This aims an all around great team that really works together well.

Janice was excellent to work with! As part of a company relocation, she was very good at comparing properties in the neighborhoods I wasn't familiar with and advising me. Additionally, in the current market, she was incredible about setting up appointments to see piles of houses. Can't recommend her enough!
