Tell us about your professional experience.

My professional foundation is backed by a Master of Science in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island. As a veteran of both the U.S. Army and the Rhode Island Army National Guard, I have dedicated myself to local governance and commerce, serving on the Jamestown Town Council and as President of the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, my leadership extends to industry and civic roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Newport County Board of Realtors, several municipal committees, and currently as Commander of the American Legion Arnold-Zweir Post 22. Ultimately, my career has always been about serving others, and for the last decade, I’ve loved working closely with my fellow Rhode Islanders to help them find their perfect place to call home.

What made you want to join Residential Properties?

Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do, and I wanted to be part of a company that shares those same values. Residential Properties' outstanding reputation for professionalism, integrity, client service, and strong community ties made it an easy choice. I'm excited to continue serving my clients as part of such a respected team.

Where are you from originally and where do you live now?

I'm a Jamestown native and have spent much of my life serving the Jamestown community. I continue to enjoy living in Jamestown because of its close-knit community, beautiful coastline, and the pride people have in where they live. It's a place where relationships matter, and that's something I've always appreciated.

Tell us about your family life, home life, or what you enjoy doing in your free time.

Family is very important to me. I'm fortunate to be engaged to Morgan McKay, the Rental Manager at Residential Properties, and we're excited to be starting this next chapter together. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with Morgan, her son Colten, my amazing sisters, and my friends. I also enjoy staying active by playing golf, attending community events, and enjoying everything Rhode Island has to offer. I value making meaningful connections with the people around me.

Do you do any community service or volunteer work?

As an Army veteran, service has always been an important part of who I am. Community service has been constant throughout my career. I served as a police officer with the Jamestown Police Department for 23 years and had the privilege of serving as Director of Jamestown Parks & Recreation, where I worked to provide programs and opportunities that brought people together. I'm also an assistant football coach at North Kingstown High School, where I enjoy mentoring young athletes and helping them develop both on and off the field. In addition, I'm actively involved with local veterans' organizations, volunteering my time to honor and support those who have served our country and to help preserve their legacy for future generations.

What are you most looking forward to now that you’re with RPL?

I'm looking forward to growing my business as part of the Residential Properties team. My goal is to continue providing exceptional service, to earn the trust of every client I work with, and to contribute to the continued success and outstanding reputation of Residential Properties. I'm excited to collaborate with such a talented team and to continue helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives while serving the Rhode Island community.
