Bill is a lifelong resident of Jamestown whose career has been defined by service to his community. He retired as a Sergeant with the Jamestown Police Department and previously served as Director of the Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department. His commitment to leadership extends well beyond his professional career, as many know him from his years as a football coach at North Kingstown High School and as a high school basketball official.

After obtaining his real estate license, Bill began his real estate career with another brokerage before joining Residential Properties Ltd. His diverse professional background provided a natural transition into real estate, where he continues to serve others. The skills he developed throughout his career – including attention to detail, a calm and steady demeanor in challenging situations, strong negotiation abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service – make him a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers.

Bill is a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Rhode Island Army National Guard. He earned a Master of Science in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island.

Dedicated to public service and community involvement, Bill was elected to the Jamestown Town Council in 2018 and served until 2020. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Newport County Board of Realtors, was elected President of the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce, and has been a member of the Jamestown Affordable Housing Committee and Jamestown Juvenile Hearing Board. He currently serves as Commander of Arnold-Zweir Post 22 of the American Legion.
