The Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® (NRIBR) recently released its 2024 Diamond Awards and Residential Properties is proud to announce that 13 of our agents and teams from the Cumberland office made the list this year. We would like to congratulate all of our dedicated real estate professionals who have earned this great distinction.
The Diamond Awards recognize those Northern Rhode Island agents who have attained specific sales volume totals throughout the previous year. In 2023, RPL agents and teams earned the award at the following levels:
Platinum Plus Award
This is the top overall ranking awarded to agents or teams who have earned $40 million or more in sales volume in a given year. The Bessette Veloso Group (Scott Veloso, Brett Bessette, John Bessette) achieved this distinction for 2023, also ranking as the #1 small team in Northern RI!
3 Diamond Award
This designation is given to agents who complete between $6 million and $7.99 million in sales volume. RPL's Ted Bourque earned this designation for his sales in 2023.
2 Diamond Award
Three agents earned this designation by completing between $4 million and $5.99 million in sales volume; they were Sales Associates Kim Horvath and Martha Lapierre, as well as Broker Associate Michael Plante.
In the small teams category, 2 Diamond awards are given to teams earning between $8 million and $11.99 million, with RPL’s Geddes/Dupuis Team, (Janice Geddes, Simone Dupuis), Leading Group, (Sara Heathcote, Ali L'Heureux, Robert Williamson), and Marsh/Luiz Group (Anne Marsh, Sarah Luiz) all earning the designation.
1 Diamond Award
This is for those who have earned between $2 million and $3.99 million in sales volume. It was earned by RPL Sales Associates Debby Smith, Monica Sye, and Patricia Murphy.
In the small teams category, 1 Diamond awards are given to teams earning between $4 million and $7.99 million, with RPL’s LP Bond Group (Leslie LaForest-Branchaud, Pam Papa) and Legacy Group (Kaela Contrada-Ray, Meagan Leal, Jennifer Chumack) both earning the designation.
