Jennifer is a top-notch agent and an outright wonderful individual to work with! Jennifer is very intelligent and knowledgeable in her practice, but personable and understanding. She's very responsive to your needs and will walk you through every step of the process in as much or as little detail as you need to feel confident and comfortable during the process. She's intuitive and no-nonsense when needed and personable and very approachable in her relationship building with you and the other clients/agents/parties involved. She'll provide her expertise and experience when asked and share when she can tell it might be useful, but will never make you feel incompetent or in over your head. She's diligent, thorough, and punctual to the core. Yet flexible, amendable, and allows her clients to drive the process as they need. Incredibly quick in responses times (almost scary good - thanks Jen!) she will be "on top of it" every step of the process and make sure you feel confident in your home buying journey. Jennifer was nothing short of amazing! As a first time home buyer she guided me through the entire home buying process and through many different housing scenarios. She always responded to my emails, phone calls and texts in a very quick fashion. She even helped me put in an offer while she was on vacation!
