Simone was a consummate professional. We could not have asked for a better representative/agent in selling our home. She was tough when she needed to be but otherwise warm and friendly. We knew she understood the ultimate goal was to get the house sold at the highest price. In addition to her real estate acumen, she understood the emotional challenges we faced selling our home of 25+ years. She was patient and kind with us. The search for a new home can certainly be stressful. With Simone’s help we felt supported and held up through difficult times. She was a great listener and got to know us and what we wanted. Her knowledge and experience in these situations really shown through as she was there for us at every turn, reassuring us and giving us hope that good things were ahead. As we were from out of the area, she became our local presence and went out of her way for us . With every new listing, she provided us with vital information.
