Beth is truly a good and rare egg. We moved to Rhode Island from Texas and Beth was very helpful and informative, even before we were clients, with helping us understand more about the area and to become acclimated to the differences. She really listened to what we were looking for and did a better job of reading between the lines and understanding our core values than we did. The number of hours in the day that she seemed to work on our behalf beggar belief. She was equally likely to respond to full-screen texts early in the morning as well as late at night and was very patient with our anxieties and concerns. When we found the house we wanted, Beth did an unbelievable job running numbers and presenting arguments to the seller so that we were able to have an offer accepted much closer to our target price range than the asking price. We know other people who have worked with Beth and they are all touched by the amount of personal attention and sensitivity to interests, concerns, and time of life that Beth pays to each client. Beth did an amazing job helping my husband and I to find our dream cottage by the sea. She worked effortlessly in such a challenging market to find the home we wanted. She was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. She helped explain the process in terms that was easy to understand.
