Beth was such a pleasure to work with! She explained everything to us in great detail and was always quick to respond to our phone calls, texts and emails and answered all of our questions. We always felt well-guided and confident in her professional experience. We basically did everything she told us to do, and following her lead, had an offer in hand at the end of the Open House period. I would recommend Beth to anyone looking to buy or sell. I would recommend Beth to anyone trying to sell their property. She was extremely prepared at all times, thorough, and had an honest, optimistic approach to selling my house. She was always easy to reach and easy to speak with. She went above and beyond while preparing my property, even finding a person to plow my driveway to meet the walk-thru requirement right after a blizzard! Beth is the best.

Beth has always been incredibly helpful, accommodating and patient, making what can be an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting. This is our 2nd (& technically 3rd too) time working with her. Beth went above and beyond. We had our final offer, above list price, within a few days of the property being on the market. She was very helpful in preparing for the photographer and for the scheduled showings. Everything was challenging because of the current pandemic, but was as professional and respectful as she could be. She even schlepped into the woods with an inflatable pumpkin to give prospective buyers an idea of the property line (2 acres, lots of trees). I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. Residential Properties is a very professional company.
