They were very thoughtful on pricing, preparing for the listing and did a wonderful job on the pictures and videos. At all points, she kept us updated and engaged in the process. Pawler has been a wonderful person to work with she is beyond excellent in her capacity as a Real estate agent Residental Properties should be proud to have an agent on board like Pawler. I have worked with many realtors through the years, both commercial and residential, and Pawler Garrahan is by far the best. Ours was a tall order. We were looking for a quaint, well maintained lake house that fell within our budget at a time when such properties are nearly impossible to find. Yet, even in a tough (and confusing) property market, Pawler’s professionalism, apt advice, and especially her willingness to go above and beyond, enabled us to find just what we were looking for. And then some. If asked, I would recommend Pawler in a heartbeat.

Pawler did a fabulous job finding the perfect home for me. After 3 years of looking and looking on and off, we found a lovely new home which I adore. She exhibited patience while my ideal home description shifted from a single home to a condo. She listened to me as this description of what I was seeking evolved over the years. Lastly, she was very positive when three of my bids for a contract were not accepted and during the negotiations for my new home. In short, I would highly recommend Pawler if you are seeking to sell or buy a home.
