Trying to sell a property when you live out of state can be difficult. Pawler was able to provide great advice, knew the requirements of selling beach front property in Rhode Island and had access to servicemen that she recommended when needed. She handled all issues and when it was time for the closing, everything went smoothly.

I had an excellent experience with Pawler Garrahan from Lila Delman Real Estate. Originally I had put my mother’s house up for sale with a different local realtor. Our first realtor had listed the house too high, and even though it was listed during the summer and fall months, we didn’t have any viable offers. After six months with no offers, I listed the house with Pawler Garrahan. Four days after listing with her we got an offer from someone who agreed to pay the listed price. Pawler knew how to price a house to sell. We got the offer the day before Thanksgiving, and she was at my house on the holiday the next day getting signatures from my family. The closing went off without a hitch and the house was sold on January 30th. Pawler appreciated how much my mother’s house meant to me and my siblings. She actually found a couple that love it as much as my mother did. I highly recommend Pawler Garrahan, she’s a professional who knows what she is doing.

My business partner and I had the pleasure of buying the church located in Wakefield. We worked with Pawler Garrahan at your Lila Delman office in Narragansett. I would like to share my experience with you working with her. From the beginning Pawler listened to me, my price range was small and I was looking for something specific and special. She found it for me, of all the realtors I worked with in an intense month to find a place to live and work, she did it.
