Lisa is an amazing real state agent. She gave all the support and time I needed to sell my house. Dedicated all her time for negotiations and repair needed! Then she helped me to find my new home! Lisa is extremely focused and attentive as your real estate agent. She not only keeps you up to date on all information throughout the process but also takes the time to explain various steps in detail so you have full confidence in your decisions. As a first time home buyer this was invaluable as it can become a confusing process so having Lisa as a guiding hand made it all enjoyable and exciting which is exactly what buying a home should be! She also pays attention to what you want as a buyer so your voice and opinions don't get lost along the way and you are able to purchase something you truly love. Wouldn't have wanted to buy my first home with any other realtor!

Lisa was the real estate agent for my mother's condo in West Warwick. As Power of Attorney for my mother I have been intimately involved with every aspect of the sale of her house from the very beginning.Put simply Lisa has been much more than an agent - she has been a life saver! My mother (87 yrs old) lives by herself and I live in Seattle WA (and my siblings live in DC) and Lisa took on so many responsibilities in helping my Mom get the house in shape to sell that typically I or my siblings would do. She has acted above reproach throughout the COVID pandemic and multiple listings/contracts to close.Specifically Lisa listed the house at the exact right price higher than I had expected. She got a buyer immediately then COVID hit. After months of waiting through the summer and more COVID my mother moved to her new home in Virginia leaving Lisa to manage the house including selling/getting rid of a piano and extra furniture. And did I mention Lisa helped my mother go through her closet and scale down for the move in the first place?To summarize I can't praise Lisa enough throughout this entire process. She acted professionally and with care every step of the way. I can't imagine a better more professional agent.

Lisa was a pleasure to work through the entire evaluation listing and selling process. She has excellent marketing skills that helped us set the appropriate selling price for the market and our unique property listing. She safely and skillfully handled all the property showings working with prospective buyers and their agents to showcase the features of our home. Lisa brilliantly handled the bittersweet sale of my 100-year-old family home and was extremely effective and empathetic from beginning to end. She made strategic recommendations early on in paring down my personal belongings and staging the home for photography and creatively and strategically marketed the home on MLS and through her social media network. Lisa hosted an Open House the first weekend and juggled multiple offers successfully negotiating the sale through the contract repairs and the quick sale of the home well above the asking price. I would highly recommend Lisa to represent the sale of your home especially when navigating home memories.
