Lisa was amazing! I travel a great deal for work and wanted to sell my investment property in Warwick. She previewed the home in my absence made recommendations and supervised work to ensure that my home was properly staged and cleaned for online photos and the open house brought me multiple offers negotiated repairs on my behalf and generated a record-breaking sale in my Greenwood neighborhood $25000 over asking price! This is my second experience working with Lisa. She never ceases to amaze me with her professionalism knowledge and foresight.
