Linda worked with us closely as buyers negotiating to purchase property under the jurisdiction of State environmental agencies as well as town agencies. Her knowledge was thorough and far exceeded that of the listing agent. There were some questions as to site work allowed and Linda, being skeptical, did extensive research and determined that we could not do what we had wanted and been led to believe. She exhibited exceptional knowledge of local restrictions and property values. Her knowledge, concern for her clients and tireless energy kept us from making the wrong decision. We learned to respect and TRUST Linda and subsequently purchased property using Linda as our representative. We highly recommend Linda.

Linda takes the time and consideration to help find the best property based on her client's needs. Her follow-up and management of the process is outstanding. Linda set herself apart by her unique ability to help us understand and process the pros and cons of each property we looked at and how to identify what qualities and characteristics of a home were most important to us. She was extremely responsive when we needed to speak with her and she never made us feel pressured into buying something we weren't sure about. I have already referred Linda to our dear friends and know she will help them find their dream home as well.

Selling our home was probably one of the most difficult tasks of our lives emotionally. We wanted an agent who was sympathetic to our needs, well versed in local regulations and pricing, knew the best way to present a property, would keep us abreast of all activities concerning our home and had strong negotiation skills. We found all these attributes in Linda. She made selling our home far less stressful than I could have imagined. We highly recommend her.

Luckily when we needed to sell our late parents' house in Jamestown a mutual connection led us to Linda. We knew from the start we were in good hands. She listened. She arrived at a listing price based on her clear knowledge of the RI coastal real estate market and research about our house in particular. By the time of the first open house she knew what renovations would be allowed by the neighborhood association and had created potential floor plans for prospective buyers who might want to update/ reconfigure rooms. Her team did great photography and drone work. And thanks to Linda's interior design background she staged the house in a way that made people want to linger on the porch taking in the view...or picture themselves in the living room entertaining friends. Her knowledge of pricing, and costs, along wth her deep experience in negotiating was a big help at every step in the process. It was always easy to get in touch with her. And as a bonus she has a great sense of humor. We can't recommend Linda highly enough.
