We worked with Linda on the sale of my father's home in another town. It was a smaller proeprty but Linda put in as much care as though it were a multi-million dollar home. She did a thorough market analysis to correctly price the property. She worked with us to plan a strategy as to how to get the house ready and put it on the market to get the best possible results. She ran one day of appointments and a day of open house. In those two days Linda was able to obtain eleven offers for the property. She then walkled through the offers with us to guide us as how to evaluate the best offer and helped in getting the sale closed. The process was easier tham I had expected and the results over achieved what we were hoping to realize from the sale.

Linda was absolutely fantastic. We purchsed our primary home from out of state without seeing the house in person and can only do that with someone you 100% trust.
