Review Rating: 5 "Sally went above and beyond in the sale of our home. Her expertise in real estate is outstanding. Sally is always efficient and extremely detail oriented. Due to this being a property of a parent we lost, Sally really took over and did everything for us including research into HOA of the property. Previous information on the home and all of the follow up met various contractors when we couldn’t and always responded so quickly anytime a question came up. Our experience with Sally each time we have needed has been more than amazing. She really eases the entire process as selling and buying is already enough stress. She has many resources and has always been able to confidently answer any question. Recently Sally helped us rent a local property in Tiverton RI. We were moving out of state and had only six short weeks to get everything done. Not only did Sally follow up with our progress almost daily on our move but ensured all paperwork was in place and ready for us with her undivided attention to help answer any questions with each form we had to review. This was our first rental experience and we were nervous about having our home that we put so much into with tenants who would not take care of it. Sally took care of the entire process of listing it finding multiple potential renters doing background checks and going over each potential tenant in detail with us. She did all the interviewing and really all we had to do was have discussions at our convenience and sign. Sally really does put in all the effort possible with each of her clients.
