The L/P Home Team, founded by Leslie LaForest and Pam Papa, is a collaboration between two energetic women with a desire to make real estate transactions smooth, rewarding, and exciting. Catering to all of RI as well as southeastern MA, the group is ready to meet you where you are in life and help you reach any goal. From first-time homebuyers and growing families to retirees and downsizers, The L/P Home Team will be your partner now and down the road.

Leslie and Pam have a busy professional chemistry with each other — you'll notice it the first time you meet them — bouncing ideas off one another and brainstorming possible strategies for selling or buying a property. With decades of experience between them and backed by RPL's latest marketing technology, including video, social media, and other in-house services, the L/P Home Team is able to advise clients through any challenges faced in the real estate process. Leslie

Sales Associate Leslie LaForest is a longtime resident of Northern Rhode Island. Before beginning her career in real estate, she spent several years in a corporate position as Regional Manager, overseeing the RI and South Boston territory. Leslie learned early on it's about relationships, skill, insight, and working together to ensure the best buying or selling experience. A lover of animals, travel, nature, and the local culinary scene, she lives with her husband and dogs in North Smithfield.

Pam

Sales Associate Pam Papa is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and began her career in real estate in 2005. With prior experience in the travel industry, she proudly brings her unique blend of customer-focused skills to RPL. Outside of work, Pam enjoys living in Scituate with her family, as well as playing golf, skiing, and running or biking around the reservoir.
