Beth went above and beyond. We had our final offer, above list price, within a few days of the property being on the market. She was very helpful in preparing for the photographer and for the scheduled showings. Everything was challenging because of the current pandemic, but was as professional and respectful as she could be. She even schlepped into the woods with an inflatable pumpkin to give prospective buyers an idea of the property line (2 acres, lots of trees). I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. As a first time homebuyer using a VA loan. Beth made this such an easy experience. From the day we were introduced to well past the closing she has been there at the drop of a hat to answer a question or follow up with work around our house.
