She had someone come over to give us a list of things to do in our property to get ready to list and really got some buzz going around our listing. Meanwhile we made an offer on the other property, and while that fell through she was with us the whole way. We ended up putting an offer on a home while we were on vacation as it was the perfect property and we got the home of our dreams in the best neighborhood.
