Can you tell us about your professional background?
I’ve been guiding clients through their real estate journeys since 2002. Over the last two decades, working across various facets of the market has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on both investment strategy and coastal living.
What made you choose to join Residential Properties?
When the opportunity to join Residential Properties presented itself, I was intrigued and welcomed the chance to learn more. Having recently worked with several of their agents, I had already experienced firsthand the professionalism and collaborative spirit of the company. Residential Properties has an exceptional reputation, and everyone I spoke with had wonderful things to say about it. Its longstanding leadership in Rhode Island real estate, combined with its personal, supportive, and welcoming culture, made it feel like the right fit for this next chapter in my career.
My clients have always been, and will continue to be, my first priority. The relationships I've built over the years mean a great deal to me, and I believe this move will allow me to continue providing the personal attention, dedication, and level of service they have come to expect, with the added benefit of a strong and supportive team behind me. Where are you from originally and where do you live today?
Although I was raised in Baltimore, my connection to Rhode Island goes back to childhood summers spent sailing, playing tennis, and enjoying the beaches in Weekapaug. Over the years, I’ve lived on the East Side of Providence and today I live in Wakefield in a historic, 200-plus-year-old farmhouse. Having lived across different parts of the Ocean State gives me first-hand insight into the unique character of our distinct neighborhoods and coastal communities.
What is your non-work life like?
Family is central to my life. I’m a proud mother of three adult children, a grandmother, and a pet parent to our Golden Retriever, Leonard. Outside of real estate, I like to stay active and make the most of living in Rhode Island. You can usually find me paddleboarding, ocean swimming, biking, and working on my golf game.
In what ways are you involved in the community?
Giving back to the communities that make Rhode Island so special is very important to me. I serve on the Board of Directors for Opening Doors for Westerly’s Children, an organization dedicated to supporting local children and families. I am also a member of the Westerly College Club, which has awarded local scholarships for over a century. Through both my volunteer work and my daily interactions across South County and beyond, I stay deeply invested in the health and future of our local towns.
What are your goals now that you’re with Residential Properties?
My primary goal is to continue to provide client-focused, highly informed guidance to buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Rhode Island. Combining my deep local roots and specialized coastal expertise with the robust platform at Residential Properties allows me to help even more families find their perfect piece of the Ocean State.
