A lifelong Rhode Islander, Sarah grew up in the Blackstone Valley, shaped by strong family bonds and a deep sense of community. Her interactions with RPL sales associates as a client inspired her to begin her own chapter as a Realtor. Tell us about your professional experience up to now.
Before entering real estate, I spent over 15 years in healthcare and benefits administration, managing national accounts, complex contracts, and program strategies. Navigating those highly regulated environments honed my analytical skills, data-driven approach, and ability to negotiate sensitive agreements effectively. Most importantly, that career taught me how to listen deeply, solve intricate problems, and advocate relentlessly for the people I serve while keeping them calm through major transitions. I bring those same core strengths to my real estate practice to ensure a seamless experience for my clients.
What made you join Residential Properties?
Through the Cumberland community and completing four transactions as a client, I’ve gotten to know several amazing Residential Properties Realtors over the years. RPL has a reputation for its top-notch service, making them the obvious choice for my next professional chapter. Joining this team means I have the best tools and support possible to help my clients succeed right from day one. I’m thrilled to be mentored by the exact agent who guided me through my own moves, so I can deliver that same elite care to my clients.
Where are you originally from? Where do you live now?
I’m a lifelong Rhode Islander who grew up in Cumberland and Lincoln. I’m proud to have been a ‘Club Kid’ at the Northern Rhode Island Boys & Girls Club for over ten years. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, staying rooted in this area was a natural choice. Today, I live in Cumberland with my husband and two daughters.
What I love most about living here is the genuine sense of connection and the way our local spaces – from the winding Blackstone River Trail to the historic fields of Franklin, Phantom, and Adams farms – hold our everyday stories through all of life's changing seasons. That belief actually inspired my brand, Sarah Rose Living – it's all about honoring the people we share our lives with and creating a home base rooted in intention, grace, and strong community.
Tell us about your family life, home life, and free time.
Away from work, my favorite hours are spent leaning into personal pauses and the family traditions we’re building. I love filling the quiet pockets of my day with yoga, gardening, baking, or losing myself in a good audiobook on a scenic walk. As a family, we love summer escapes to Cape Cod, soaking in fall activities at local farms, and enjoying Saturday dinner dates with our girls. Yet, the heart of our week is always right here at home—like the nights the kids help make dinner or the weekends we settle in for a cozy movie night.
Raising school-age children teaches you just how fast time moves, reminding us to cherish these simpler moments. It’s why I care so deeply about how a home functions; it’s the place where we learn to handle life's beautifully imperfect moments with intention and grace. And truthfully, grace is something we need to allow for ourselves just as much as for others.
What are you looking forward to now that you’re with Residential Properties?
I’m most looking forward to helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process with total confidence. Having owned three homes myself, I know how much it means to have a trusted guide. I understand both the financial investment and the deep emotional attachment we form with the places that hold our memories. My main goal is to build strong, lasting relationships in the community and deliver the same caring service that made me love Residential Properties as a client.
