Residential Properties Ltd. proudly announces that CEO Sally Lapides has been named a recipient of Providence Business News’ prestigious "Driving Forces" award. The recognition was presented at PBN’s 40th Anniversary Gala held on Thursday August 27 at Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket.
The "Driving Forces" awards honor 40 influential leaders selected by PBN staff for making substantial, lasting contributions to the business community across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts over the past four decades.
Under Sally’s leadership, Residential Properties Ltd. has grown into Rhode Island’s premier independent real estate firm. She and her fellow honorees are profiled in PBN’s 104-page 40th-anniversary commemorative book, which highlights the key business figures, economic milestones, and defining events that have shaped the region since 1986.
