Learn more about Gregory and his journey to RPL by reading our Q&A.

Tell us about your professional experience up to now.

I bring 16 years of law enforcement experience, with a specialization in digital forensic investigations. I also have experience as Support Manager for a cellular forensics technology company, providing advanced cellular investigation services to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Transitioning to real estate might seem like a leap, but my career has always been about keeping track of critical details and protecting people. I know how to be a trusted advocate during high-stakes situations.

What made you want to join Residential Properties?

With my background in tech, I was immediately impressed by the strong technology infrastructure and resources Residential Properties offers its agents. I was also drawn to the company’s welcoming and supportive environment for new agents. The opportunity to receive training, mentorship, and guidance made Residential Properties feel like the right place for me to grow, succeed, and build a strong foundation in real estate.

Where are you originally from? Where do you live now?

I am a lifelong Rhode Islander and currently reside in South Kingstown. I appreciate all that South County has to offer, especially its coastal lifestyle, beautiful beaches, and opportunities for boating and outdoor activities. Living here gives me a deep appreciation for the unique charm of our coastal communities.

What is your non-work life like?

My wife Johannah and I have a 12-year-old daughter, Kennedy, as well as a two-year-old yellow Labrador. In my free time, I enjoy boating and spending time at the beach during the summer. In the winter, I enjoy skiing with family and friends at Loon Mountain in New Hampshire.

What are your goals and hopes now that you’re with RPL

My primary goal as a real estate agent is to successfully facilitate property transactions, build a loyal client base, and achieve financial growth. But beyond the numbers, my hope is to become a trusted, lifelong advisor for my clients. Joining RPL allows me to pair my analytical background with the state's leading independent real estate brand. I want to redefine the buying and selling experience for my clients by making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.
