I have been involved in the real estate market for over 15 years. I also own and manage property in South County. I obtained my license three years ago and continue to educate myself in the field. I have been expanding my knowledge and staying current with market trends.
What made you choose to join Residential Properties?
Through training sessions, I’ve had the chance to meet many RPL associates and see firsthand the strength of the organization’s structure and culture. RPL’s commitment to housing as a basic human right and its diverse, collaborative team are part of what makes the company so successful. Having worked in cultures around the world, I value teamwork and believe I can be a strong asset to RPL’s supportive, mission-driven environment.
What does Rhode Island / New England offer today’s buyer?
The area is unique with its four seasons and variety of landscapes. Buyers can experience a beautiful coastline or our incredible preserves and hiking trails all within a short car ride. Proximity to international airports makes New England accessible. NYC and Boston are nearby and an easy commute through various transportation methods for business or pleasure. New England is also an international hub of educational, medical, and technological facilities, giving it a place of importance on the world stage.
What is your non-work life like these days?
I live in Scituate with my wife and three kids, and I coach youth hockey. It’s a way to help kids have fun and learn about commitment, hard work, and collaboration, the kind of values I learned in the military. I also compete in the occasional road race.
I enjoy golf for leisure. Since I grew up on the water, saltwater angling is still one of my favorite ways to enjoy the summer. I’m good at landscaping and gardening too, which is an asset in real estate of course.
What are you looking forward to, now that you’re a Realtor® with RPL?
I look forward to expanding my real estate network internationally. In the short term, I’m eager to really dig into all of the education, marketing, and technology services Residential Properties offers, further developing my passion and knowledge for real estate with the company. The collaborative environment they foster of working with others and helping fellow associates achieve their goals embodies the spirit of a rising tide lifting all boats.
