Residential Properties Ltd. is proud to announce that Broker Associate Lisa Jones has been elected this year’s Cohort President of the Women's Fund of Rhode Island's Women's Policy Institute (WPI). Lisa has been involved with the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island (WFRI) in multiple capacities, including their Policy & Advocacy Committee, Grantmaking Committee, and Development Committee. The Women's Fund of Rhode Island invests in women and girls through research, advocacy, grantmaking, and strategic partnerships designed to achieve gender equity.
The Women's Policy Institute is a professional development and leadership program designed to develop policy, advocacy, and strategic communications skills among women. Every year, WPI trains individuals across the state on how to draft legislation and advocate for policies. The members of these cohorts come from all walks of life and have many different experience levels in policy work. As this year’s WPI Cohort President, Jones will continue the organization’s mission to create a more equitable Rhode Island.
