Andressa is a 20-year resident of Rehoboth but was born in São Paulo, Brazil. Her fluency in Portuguese and licensing in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island enable her to assist a wide range of customers. She lives by the motto: “Don’t wait for the opportunity, create it!”
A new chapter takes off
Andressa began her real estate career in 2021, after a fulfilling and adventurous role as a flight attendant. Curating positive experiences for all kinds of people, she became especially gifted at connecting with airline customers while anticipating their needs. She has additional work experience in bookkeeping and accounting at Signature Printers, her husband’s company. In addition, her husband’s family has also built many beautiful subdivisions in Rehoboth, which is where her passion for real estate started.

Two daughters and a Sheltie named Lily keep her busy, but Andressa’s love of Southern New England means she’s always active with volunteering, traveling, gardening, boating, and spending time on Nantucket. Her affection for the area makes her an ideal agent to advise customers through the real estate process. “I love the fact that we don’t have to travel very far to enjoy beautiful places like Newport, Narragansett, and Nantucket just to name a few,” Andrade added. “Also, the seasons are undeniably one of the most amazing parts of being here in RI and MA. We sure are lucky!”
