The Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® (NRIBR) recently released its 2022 Diamond Awards and Residential Properties is proud to announce that 17 of our agents and teams from the Cumberland office made the list this year. We would like to congratulate all of our dedicated real estate professionals who have earned this great distinction.
The Diamond Awards recognize those Northern Rhode Island agents who have attained specific sales volume totals throughout the previous year. The award is divided into the following levels:
Platinum Plus Award
This is the top overall ranking awarded to agents or teams who have earned $20 million or more in sales volume in a given year. The Bessette Veloso Group (Scott Veloso, Brett Bessette, John Bessette) achieved this distinction for 2022, also ranking as the #3 team in Northern RI.
Platinum Award
Agents earning $10 million or more in sales volume earn this award. A number of our Cumberland teams were able to earn this distinction for last year – The Geddes/Dupuis Team (Janice Geddes, Simone Dupuis), the Legacy Group (Jennifer Chumack, Meagan Leal, Kaela Contrada-Ray), The Leading Group (Sara Heathcote, Ali L'Heureux, Robert Williamson), and The Bold Home Group (Jim Nispel, Christine Fera).
5 Diamond Award
Reserved for those who have earned $7-$9.9 million in sales volume, the group includes our very own Ted Bourque, as well as the LP Bond Group (Leslie Laforest, Pam Papa).
4 Diamond Award
Those who have earned between $5 million and $6.9 million in sales volume earn this award. Sales Associate Patricia Murphy achieved this designation for 2022.
3 Diamond Award
This award goes to agents who sold between $3 million and $4.9 million. RPL is proud to have Kim Horvath, Martha Lapierre, Michael Plante, and Debby Smith respectively among its recipients.
2 Diamond Award
One agent and one team were able to earn this designation by completing between $2 million and $2.9 million in sales volume, and they were Sales Associate Monica Sye and The Condon Team (Brian Aguis, JeanMarie Condon)
1 Diamond Award
This is for those who have earned between $1 million and $1.9 million in sales volume. It was earned by RPL Sales Associates Wetherley Hundley, Lisa Berrios, and Emily Thompson.
