
The numbers are in for 2022 and Residential Properties Ltd. is proud to announce that Sales Associate Jim DeRentis and Sales Associate Gerri Schiffman finished the year as the top two individual agents throughout all of Providence for total sales volume, while also ranking as the top individual agents on the East Side for both sales volume and transactions.
RPL agents who also made the top 25 of individual agents for total Providence sales volume include Sales Associate David Hasslinger at #8, Associate Broker Jane Driver at #10, Broker Associate Joe Roch at #11, Sales Associate Ramiro Encizo at #12, Sales Associate Rachael Dotson at #14, and Sales Associate Sabine Green at #22.

Overall, Residential Properties finished 2022 with a total of 455 Providence transactions, more than double their next closest competitor. RPL performed particularly well in the luxury market, participating in 75 of the 83 single-family home sales over $1 million in Providence last year.
