In high school, her driven, focused nature earned her a spot on the #1 doubles tennis team in the state. Her love of both people and of all things New England will be an asset to the company. “I consider myself a true New Englander because I genuinely love winter,” Luiz said. “Going through the various seasons makes life more enjoyable.”
Cutting her teeth in a new profession
Before becoming a Realtor®, as well as a professional home stager and re-designer, Sarah spent 10 years practicing as a dental hygienist in Walpole, MA. Her calm and nurturing personality not only served her well in this early career, but also proves useful today as she guides clients toward their homeownership goals. “People are always the most important thing in my work,” Luiz added. “I’m still in touch with many of my former dental patients because I’ve always been able to find rapport and lasting relationships with all kinds of people.”
When Covid came about and her dental practice shut down for three months, Sarah decided to earn her real estate license. A love of home is practically in Sarah’s DNA. Her parents respectively were in home design and real estate sales. “I saw firsthand a father who designed and built custom homes and a mother who worked diligently selling the finished products,” Luiz said. “I can still recall the pride and passion exhibited by my parents, a feeling I carry with me into my own work.”
Service with a smile
Sarah lives in Cumberland with her husband, her two school-age children, and their 10-year-old Puggle named Charlie. When not focused on real estate, she is often driving her kids to sports practices around town. She also owns a small consignment shop booth in Greenville, where she indulges her love for refinishing furniture, crafting, and interior design. In the broader community, Sarah is a strong advocate for autism awareness. Having a two-year-old nephew recently diagnosed made her determined to put her energies into funding and charitable work for children affected by this condition.
As a committed professional, Sarah has made it her mission to be an invaluable resource for sellers and buyers. Working with first-time buyers as well as anyone with changing needs, she is ready to help guide and support clients through selling or buying a home. “I am passionate about real estate and take pride in my attention to detail,” Luiz noted. “With an exquisite vision for architectural design and certification in home staging and redesign, I hope to bring knowledge-driven excitement and enthusiasm to my first-time homebuyers.”
