Residential Properties Ltd. is excited to announce that Sales Associate Erica Berard has joined the superb roster of agents at our Cumberland office. Erica spent 15 years specializing in retail management and visual merchandising prior to becoming a proud parent and raising her children full-time. During this period, she sought to increase her skill set by earning her real estate license in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She now joins Residential Properties as one of its newest agents.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Erica moved with her husband to Colorado Springs for his military career. Once that was completed, they knew The Ocean State was their home. Today, they reside in Cumberland with their two kids and two dogs, enjoying all that RI has to offer. “What I love about Rhode Island is how close we are to the beautiful beaches,” Berard said. “We also have a thriving small business community with some of the best restaurants and shopping in the region.”
Erica decided to join RPL because it was highly recommended by many in her network. Smooth sale-ing
While raising her family, Erica developed a love for volunteering, spending many hours in her children's school as a classroom mom, assisting teachers, coordinating crafts, and joining in class celebrations. When not contributing to her community, Erica spends much of her time at the rink watching her son play hockey or on a soccer field cheering for her daughter. .
As she embarks on this journey with RPL, Erica looks forward to providing careful attention and lasting relationships for all her clients. Her prior retail experience, going above and beyond for her customers and colleagues, gave her lasting talents as a people-pleasing sales professional. “I look forward to helping my friends and family in the home buying and selling experience,” Berard noted. “From there, I’m excited to grow my business with referrals from all my satisfied clients. My goal is to make this sometimes stressful moment in life as seamless as possible.”
