New England Summers always remind us of how lucky we are to live by the ocean. While we lay on the beach, ride the waves, and eat fresh seafood right off the boat, it's hard to imagine living anywhere else. Throughout the season, our RPL Realtors shared their summer moments with us through their submissions to our 2022 RPL Summer Photo Contest. We'd like thank all of them for participating in the contest, as this season's submissions were especially good. We'd also like to thank our Facebook community for helping us decide a winner, which is never an easy task. As much as we enjoy looking at all the entries and finding our favorites, it's equally enjoyable to share them with all of you and see which ones resonate with our friends on Facebook.
This year's RPL Summer Photo Contest post reached nearly 7,000 people on Facebook, earning over 1,600 engagements, including 250 Likes, 43 Comments, and 31 Shares. And when all the sharing and voting was through, we were left with a clear and decisive victor. We're pleased to announce that the winner of the 2022 RPL Summer Photo Contest is Perky Nellissen of our Little Compton office. Perky's photo captured the essence of Summer evenings, with a family fishing together at Tunipus Pond while perfectly silhouetted against the reflection of the sunset on the water.
