This exclusive grouping of top real estate professionals represents roughly 1.49% of the estimated 1.6 million Realtors® in the country. In 2021, the number of leading individual agents who qualified increased by a remarkable 157% to 13,672 up from 5,316 in 2020. They grew their total closings to 641,522 closed transactions and their total $465 billion in closed sales volume. Leading teams who qualified grew to 10,285 up 62.2%; they grew their total closed transactions to more than 1.2 million and total closed sales volume grew to $707.6 billion in 2021. In total, the number of top individuals and teams grew from 18,400 to 23,957 in one year.
This marks the eighth consecutive appearance on this list for DeRentis, Schiffman, and Fox. DeRentis again ranks as the #1 individual agent in Rhode Island for transaction sides with 128 and #2 for sales volume with $109,095,193 in sales. Schiffman ranked #3 in transaction sides with 77 and #6 in Rhode Island sales volume with $68,131,750 in sales. Fox earned the #4 position for transaction sides with 74 and the #7 spot for volume with $50,403,257 in sales, while Dotson was #8 in transaction sides with 70 and #12 in the state for volume with $35,226,601 in sales. Hasslinger reached #28 for volume with $22,813,200 in sales, while Kasle was #45 in the state for volume with $20,084,000 in sales.
With $83,729,759 in sales, the Greene | Sweeney Team, Co-founded by Sales Associates Kira Greene and Michael J. Sweeney, was ranked as the #1 Small Team in Rhode Island by volume for a third consecutive year. The team also compiled 117 sides to rank as the #1 Small Team in Rhode Island by transactions for the first time. Greene | Sweeney has appeared on the list during all four of its years since formation and has been the #1 Luxury Sales Team on the East Side and statewide multiple years in a row.
The Kirk | Schryver Team, composed of Sales Associates Elizabeth Kirk, Lisa Schryver, Jan Lyle Malcolm, and Lindsay Mitchell, was founded in January of 2020. In its second year, the team has achieved the impressive rank of the #4 Small Team in Rhode Island for sales volume with $80,855,586 in sales and the #4 Small Team in the state for transaction sides with 104.
