Residential Properties Ltd. is excited to announce that Sales Associate Amy Chafee has joined the roster of top real estate professionals at our Little Compton office. Amy was raised in Rehoboth, MA, spent summers in South Dartmouth, and attended the Lincoln School in Providence. After heading north for college, she worked in marketing at the Killington Ski Resort in Vermont. Returning to Rhode Island, she joined the former Fleet National Bank in the Trust department and then joined Greater Providence Associates managing the Greater Providence Bank Building. With her children Lia and Walker grown, the time was right for new challenges, new horizons, and a new real estate career.
Banking on a new career
Having spent the majority of her life in Little Compton and its neighboring Southeast Massachusetts areas, Amy has amassed a considerable network of contacts. She brings to her new work confidence in growing her business and confidence in the reputation of Residential Properties. “The culture of RPL aligns with my personal and professional philosophy,” Chafee noted. “The company is an independent firm whose roots are entrenched in Rhode Island and the surroundings areas. They are able to provide clients the personalized experience that others cannot.”
In addition to its regional dominance, Residential properties offers international reach and remains steps ahead of the competition on technology. These factors played an important role in Amy’s decision to join the company. “From a full-service, in-house marketing department to an award-winning website, RPL uses a variety of tools to assist clients,” Chafee said. “My clients are my number one priority. I pride myself on delivering service above and beyond, with integrity, strong interpersonal skills, high technological exposure, social media, and other platforms.”
Interest and investment in her clients
Amy has already established an important presence throughout her community. She has served on many charitable and professional boards, including MS After Dark, the Greater Providence Building and Managers Association, the Mary Dexter Chafee Fund, and the Lincoln School. She also enjoys an active lifestyle of tennis and golf, as well as the uncomplicated pleasures of home and family, including cooking meals and walking her dogs in the woods or on the beach.
Honest representation with dedication and integrity are the cornerstones of Amy’s professional collaborations. She loves working with other agents and connecting people with their dream homes or helping them move on to their next chapter in life. As she begins her own new chapter in real estate, Amy looks forward to sharing her insight and local expertise with future clients. “I’m excited to hear from anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate,” Chafee added. “If you have general questions about any part of the process or are just interested in learning more about the current market, reach out to me anytime!”
