Residential Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce the formation of the Ferris | Wilson Team, a partnership of Sales Associate Marisa Ferris and Sales Associate Kathleen Wilson, who both operate out of RPL’s Newport office. Marisa is a native Rhode Islander who spent several years in real estate brand development before obtaining her license and joining RPL in 2010. Her more than 11 years of experience in real estate has established her as a true professional. She is well known for her ability to reach goals, execute swiftly, and close deals for her clients.
Kathleen earned a master’s degree in social work, which led to an 18-year career as a high school counselor. As a native of Dartmouth, MA and longtime resident of Newport, Kathleen offers inside-and-out knowledge of the Rhode Island/Southeastern Massachusetts market and is licensed in both states. She also provides a vast network of connections throughout the area.
The Ferris | Wilson Team is a dynamic pairing of tenacious and accomplished women. Friends for over 10 years, Kathleen was encouraged by Marisa to join RPL in 2021. Having both grown up in seaside communities with a love of all things coastal, the Ferris | Wilson Team looks forward to serving clients throughout RI and MA.
