Patricia has spent the last decade developing a range of skills related to the home-buying experience, including over three years as a property manager, taking care of day-to-day operations and marketing for multiple properties.
From downtown to downhome
Patricia started her real estate career in Providence at another agency just before the pandemic, quickly learning to navigate the business and its fast-paced environment. She is a native of Little Compton who grew up on a farm which has been in her family through four generations. It’s not just farmland, however, that she relishes. “Rhode Island has a little bit of everything,” Fontaine added. “We have great city life in the hustle and bustle of our capital, rural areas toward the southern part of the state, and the beautiful ocean too! No matter where you are in Rhode Island, you can always make it to a beach in at at least 30 minutes!”
Experienced in helping clients purchase condos, investment properties, and vacant land, as well as aiding first-time homebuyers, Patricia offers well-rounded skills suited to today’s changing market. As an agent in our newly opened Little Compton office, she and her colleagues will work with our Westport location to provide complete coverage of the South Coast. Little Compton’s biggest fan
When not with clients, Patricia enjoys spending time on the farm. Her family continues the rich tradition by growing flowers, herbs, and vegetables, along with raising animals – her favorite is a potbellied pig named Root, who makes appearances at local schools and coffee shops around Little Compton. Patricia also donates farm-fresh eggs to local food banks.
