
Residential Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of Sales Associate Bill Sullivan to the excellent team of real estate professionals at our Barrington office. Bill is originally from the Touisset area of Warren, later moving to Cumberland. In 2012, Bill and his family moved to Florida where he owned and operated an insurance agency. His move back to the Rhode Island area last year allowed him to follow a lifelong desire to begin a real estate career. In addition to the insurance industry, he brings to RPL 25 years of experience in retail banking.
A unique understanding
Since being back in New England, Bill’s appreciation for the area and its charms has been reborn, spending the last several months enjoying everything from the mountains of New Hampshire to the rugged coast of Rhode Island. “Being back in New England and working in the Barrington office, I am looking to expand the considerable prestige and presence that Residential Properties has in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts,” Sullivan said. “I have always been attracted to the uniqueness, diversity, and history of New England architecture and look forward to conveying that to my clientele.”

Uncommon knowledge
Bill currently resides in Swansea, MA with his Wife Julie, a 16-year-old son, and a one-year-old Labrador retriever. His two grown children live in Texas and Maryland respectively. Whether it’s hiking, running, or boating, Bill maintains a high-energy approach to life that also feeds his work. As he commences his long-awaited real estate career and fulfills a personal goal, his thoughts turn now to his client relationships.
His aim is to provide a customized experience for his clients. Not unlike his years in banking and insurance, Bill plans to steer buyers and sellers with the highest level of marketplace knowledge. “Homebuying can be very involved, but I plan to guide my clients with a well-informed, stress-free experience that leads to winning solutions,” Sullivan said. “I will be there every step of the way to help my buyers and sellers achieve their goals.”
