Schiffman ranked #2 in transaction sides with 76.5 and #4 in Rhode Island sales volume with $47,129,783 in sales. Janet Kermes was ranked #6 for volume with $44,759,900 in sales, while also finishing the year as the top producing agent in Narragansett. Fox earned the #10 spot for volume with $30,069,300 in sales, while Dotson was #11 in transaction sides with 52 and #15 in the state for volume with $24,466,100 in sales.
With $56,478,162 in sales, the Greene | Sweeney Team has achieved the distinct honor of being the #1 Small Team in RI. Greene | Sweeney, co-founded by Sales Associates Kira Greene and Michael J. Sweeney, was ranked as the #1 Small Team in Rhode Island by volume for a second straight year.
