Originally from Rhode Island, Cristina lives in Johnston and is building a new home in Lincoln. In her new career as a Realtor®, she looks forward to working with buyers and sellers throughout The Ocean State. “I love Rhode Island's gorgeous beaches, great shopping, and unique communities,” Grasso said. “Plus, the amazing Italian cuisine we have in the wonderful restaurants throughout our state makes daily life so full of variety.”
A for attitude
Cristina was an educator for twelve years, but real estate always piqued her interest. What might be a fleeting thought for others, she made her mission and eventually reality ‒ an energizing career change to real estate. “I’ve always enjoyed looking at different homes and their architectural styles,” Grasso noted. “Beyond that, my background in education has left me with excellent instincts when providing client support. Focusing on the positive in people and properties helps a sales professional maintain focus while working toward client goals.”
Cristina has long had Residential Properties on her radar. Her own experiences in real estate matters have shown her the best and worst of the marketplace, so in selecting a firm to join, Cristina knew she needed to lock-in with a talented and respected brokerage. “RPL agents are utter professionals, willing to go above and beyond to help clients,” Grasso said. “I've been consistently impressed with the company’s level of commitment to the community and the supportive atmosphere it engenders.”
Foreign travels and domestic bliss
Outside of work, Cristina’s heart is somewhere in la bella Italia. “I travel quite frequently to Europe, especially Italy,” Grasso added. “I feel such a deep connection with the country, its people, and lifestyle. It’s a definite happy-place for me. Here in Rhode Island, I stay active and enjoy simple pleasures like spending time with family and friends.”
Her entry into a rather unusual real estate market has fueled her desire to learn in as many areas as possible, falling back on her educational instincts. Her already amassed connections throughout the area will be an asset as she begins. “Because of my prior experience in education, I have personal connections throughout the state and am looking forward to helping them in the future,” Grasso said. “I want to expand my network even further with more rich relationships, but more than that, I want to turn my clients’ homeownership dreams into reality.”
