Before joining Libby Kirwin Real Estate in Newport, Samantha was in the sailing industry and traveled extensively throughout the world. She is a Rhode Island native who today lives with her husband and young daughter in Newport while extolling the virtues of the area to buyers and sellers.
From sailing to selling
After many years joining her husband on the international sailing circuit, moving her family abroad and around the country, they settled on Aquidneck Island, where Samantha’s extended family is rooted. “I love living in Newport,” Tobin said. “I live my life with the enthusiasm of a tourist. I love Del’s Lemonade, sailing in Narragansett Bay, strolls along Cliff Walk, and the fabulous beaches all within a short radius.”
Samantha’s life balances being a mom, a wife, and a strategic, knowledgeable Realtor®. It was during the purchase of her first home in Newport that she knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate. “I have a real need and drive to help buyers and sellers steer through the process successfully,” Tobin noted. “Having relocated myself a number of times, I’m able to bring experience and lessons learned directly to my clients.
