Bethany lives in the historic Hill and Harbor neighborhood of East Greenwich with her husband Brian and their two children Ellen and Spencer. Real estate roots
Bethany’s family roots are deep in Rhode Island. She brings to RPL a previous set of real estate investment experience, having also served as a property manager for a family-owned, multi-family building. “My family and my husband's family have been in real estate in Rhode Island for over 100 years, so I feel like I’ve been doing this my whole life,” Warburton noted. “When it came time to join an agency, RPL's distinguished reputation for outstanding client experiences was a significant draw, but I also loved the idea of working for a Rhode Island-based, woman-owned company.”
Bethany’s infectious enthusiasm and enduring admiration of The Ocean State will appeal to a variety of buyers and sellers. From her yearly summer vacations on Block Island to her regular enjoyment of Providence's arts community, she is a proud booster of our local amenities and pleasing attributes.
Agent of change
When time permits, Bethany likes to develop her creative talents as an actress and a writer. She also allocates time for community endeavors, including work as a strengths coach for Leadership RI's Make RI Stronger program and as a mentor at YearUp. She previously served as Chair of the East Greenwich Cove Commission and as a coach and board member for Girls on the Run RI.
Bethany takes quite seriously the role of a real estate agent in the life of a buyer or seller. Looking ahead, she plans to leverage her 25 years of corporate change management and project management skills to help her clients. “I have years of experience supporting people through significant changes so that they feel informed, supported, and comfortable,” Warburton said. “I look forward to assisting my clientele as they navigate one of the biggest changes in their lives ‒ selling or buying a home.”
