Residential Properties Ltd. is excited to announce that Sales Associate Rhiannon Dumas and Sales Associate Chad Lamoureux have joined The Jones Group, a team led by Sales Associate, Rachel Jones. Covering all of Rhode Island, as well as parts of Massachusetts and Connecticut, the group has established a reputation for thorough professionalism working with sellers and buyers on every detail, from data-driven sales strategies and targeted marketing to savvy staging.
Rhiannon has joined RPL’s West Side of Providence office. A lifelong resident of Burrillville, she attended Rhode Island College pursuing a degree in early childhood education while amassing customer-oriented skills in the local restaurants. More than 14 years working as a server and bartender gave her a taste for the service industry. “I've always loved the fast pace and meeting new people,” Dumas said. “I decided to jump into real estate because it's something I've always been interested in and wanted to learn more about.” Her journey to RPL began with a call from Rachel Jones about joining her team. “She reached out to me and after discussing all the training, guidance, and marketing services Residential Properties has to offer their agents, it was an easy decision to make,” Dumas noted.
Rhiannon is a busy wife and mother of three children, ages 12, 4, and 1. When she has free time, she enjoys being with her family, getting her hands dirty in the garden, and baking delicious treats. Her appreciation of New England and its architecture is a guiding force in her new career. “I love how much history the area has,” Dumas added. “One thing I've learned is a love and respect for older buildings, especially historic churches, the architecture of which I find simply beautiful.” She looks forward to bringing this special zest to The Jones Group and RPL. “Step one is to grow my business and gain new relationships,” Dumas said. “My task is to help guide as many people as I can in their real estate transactions so they can accomplish important goals.” For more information about Rhiannon, please visit her website at RhiannonDumas.ResidentialProperties.com.
Chad Lamoureux has joined RPL’s Cumberland office. Originally from Virginia Beach, he moved to The Ocean State in fifth grade, growing up in Woonsocket. He pursued a career in education, with 14 years working at Woonsocket High School. He too earned poise and tenacity through early food service experience with 20 years total in hospitality. “Bartending has been my love for many years, being able to serve clients on such a lively stage,” Lamoureux said. “I formed great, lasting relationships with people and continue to bartend weddings and other functions at Blissful Meadows Golf Course in Uxbridge.”
Looking to expand his talents into the real estate field, Chad consulted with friends in the industry to gain some insight. A friend and ex-colleague of his was excelling in real estate and recommended Residential Properties. “I knew the time was now,” Lamoureux said. “I met with a manager for RPL and the conversation was very organic and natural. The company has so many successful agents that are willing to help when needed. I very much value that aspect of camaraderie.”
Residing in Blackstone, Massachusetts with his wife and two children. When not shuttling his kids from sport to sport or getting in a round of golf, he and his family take trips throughout the northeast. Chad relishes the natural amenities of the region’s landscape. “We are an all-seasons type of family and New England offers just that,” Lamoureux added. “Everyone is either a skier or snowboarder, which makes for an action-packed winter. In the fall, we love venturing out in our camper, plus New England beaches are breathtaking.” Chad also volunteers his time on different committees in Woonsocket, including the School Improvement Team, which he co-chairs. An informed and strategic thinker, he looks for ways to improve the physical and social outlook of area schools, analyzing data from testing and demographics of the city.
Chad looks forward to helping clients reach their homeowner goals, with a particular desire to assist new and old friends in achieving their real estate dreams. “I hope to be able to counsel clients in as many facets of the industry as possible,” Lamoureux noted. “I want to be a well-rounded and educated professional that people trust.” For more information about Chad, please visit his website at ChadLamoureux.ResidentialProperties.com.
