RPL Expands its Marketing Department with Two New Hires

Residential Properties Ltd., Rhode Island’s leading real estate company, has grown its marketing department over the years in a concerted effort to provide the best possible service and support for both its agents and their clients. Today, the brokerage furthered this mission with the announcement of two new marketing experts - Graphic Designer, Kathleen Burke and Social Media Specialist, Russell Chiulli.

As one of the few firms with a full-service, in-house marketing department, RPL produces photography, professional videos, 3D tours, property websites, and other digital and print marketing materials to showcase its listings, improve exposure, and increase property inquiries. In all, the RPL Marketing & Technology Department now consists of 12 employees, including three videographers, two technology experts, two photographers, a copywriter, graphic designer, social media specialist, staging specialists, and department manager. With the addition of Kathleen and Russell, RPL will be positioned to maintain its competitive edge, achieve further differentiation in the marketplace, and create a distinct appeal which will enhance performance across the organization.

Kathleen Burke, a graduate of Arcadia University achieving Magna Cum Laude and dean’s list distinctions, comes to RPL from Environmental Tectonics Corporation (ETC). Kathleen spent two and a half years as their Graphic Designer, creating marketing materials implemented in print and web. She brings a special flair for creating a cohesive visual style throughout all brand expressions. Her ability to problem-solve swiftly and innovate using best practices and guidelines have built her reputation as a top graphic designer.

Russell Chiulli is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration before going on to earn a Certificate in Social Media Management from Georgetown University. Russell’s past experience includes managing the social media accounts for Drew University, as well as accounts associated with high-end luxury brands such as Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Rolls Royce. He also created the well-known Rhode Island Problems social media accounts, which have gained popularity on both Twitter and Instagram, attracting over 125K and 60K followers, respectively. He is well-versed in all aspects of social media and rigorously keeps abreast of the latest trends and statistics in order to plan strategic communications targeted to each audience.

As RPL heads toward its 40th anniversary, the state’s leading brokerage looks forward to beginning its latest chapter with these two outstanding marketing professionals on board!
